Yeah that was an amazing deal. I emailed him less than 30 minutes after the ad was posted, but never heard back. Even if it had already sold, I wish he would have at least responded to me so I wouldn't have hung around the house all day just in case I had to drag my family up there to get it. I could have been out on my bike today instead, enjoying the last of the nice weather.
