Putting aside the back and forth, if you feel that he owe's you, then file in small claims court. It's pretty easy to do, and it can give you closure so that you both can move on.

Life is too short to really waste any time worrying if someone is going to screw someone else over. I have been down that road, and after getting a settlement against someone, it was proof enough that I was right/won/vindicated...etc or whatever you want to call it.

not trying to endorse or flame either side, just get your information together, build a case, have evidence to support your side, and file with small claims. Like I said, just do it, and move on..

I would love to file a small claims court dispute but honestly, I don't have the time or the money to really do that. Not to mention that after having received legal advise from not one, but two lawyers, they both said the same thing: I can file and have a strong case considering, I still wont really see any money. That's not really worth it in my eyes. I know I'm right. I know he owe's me money. Having a judge tell me that wont be any consolation.

While I do agree with this in most cases, Greg has burned people and they will not hold anything back when it comes to him. I can testify to the fact that he doesnt stand by his work or his word. I just tell fellow enthusiasts to not buy anything from him...

It's his number. So it is his. Listen, someone owe's you money, right? That someone refuses to reply to your calls. Goes so far as to tell you that he doesn't feel he owe's you ANYTHING even though you paid for exactly what he has in his possession. Now, he also does crap mechanical work. I understand there's some Greg sack hangers out there. It's not just me he's screwed over. Check out his feedback thread. And don't be a homo. Those AC parts? He probably used the one's that where supposed to come on my S50 that he must have "never gotten around" to giving back. Snarky comments aside, I'm glad you get along with him. Hope he's a FANTASTIC fellow to you. To myself and several others, he's been a thieving hack ass mechanic.

I realize that you're unhappy about your transaction, however you don't know anything about this car and have no reason to flag it.

I've driven this car and it's an awesome car for the track...

And I'll flag it so that someone else doesn't get potentially screwed by him. Sorry, but every word out of that guys mouth is a flat out lie to me. It's not petty it's the truth. When he ponies up my differential and chip (or the cash equivocal to both) then we're square and I'll move on. He never even returned to his own thread to say anything on the matter. Nor has he responded to numerous attempts at resolving this.


And I've seen the car he swapped this motor into. It wasn't nearly as clean as he makes it out to be.
