looking for a machine shop to flip steelies

hello Gents'
awhile back i picked up a set of 16" 4x100 from a scion for my E30.
needless to say they dont fit(offset wise and hub), so im looking for a machine shop in the PNW that can break the welds on the steelies and flip the center and reweld, giving them a decent lip and alot lower offset.
also i need the center bored out to fit the hub on my e30

I heard a rumor a shop in clackamas does it, I'm gonna check it out Monday. There is a shop in cali I contacted and they qouted me $85 a wheel plus shipping, that will be my next try
