because they accomplish different things? Taller tires are going to fill up the fronts and backs of the fenderwells. Doesn't matter how low you go, if there is empty space there it won't look as good. But that's just my opinion. :)

Of course, when your at 4x4 status, they will def. Not look as good. I personally think they look pretty freaking good. I just want polished wheels bad
