Nah I appreciate the help. This is the first car I've owned that I've actually put some effore into. But being a college student, I don't have a steady income to afford doing the work on it that i'd like to. But I guess its time to get some Smiley's. Appreciate the hazing fellas

We're really not all that big of an asshole as we make ourselves out to be, but when a question that has been asked a thousand times over and over, we tend to get a little douchey. Can I get smiley's with HID's in em? I would hate to go back to a soft white bulb like the original headlights. Also they're just an eye-sore to look at.

Just pick up a set of the DEPO smileys they run about 299 if I remember. You'll have to modify for HIDs but way better light output than sealed beams. Whatever you do, get rid of the angle eyes

They just don't like angel eyes, most E30 enthusiasts don't. Id they are toast for sure and not just a ground swap them for some cheap us projectors.
