Anyways OP, you get what you pay for. During my time on the thread I've found that PNW guys are some of the most honest when it comes to buying/selling. I would bet spiDmang, in good character, disclosed the known issues when he sold it. I doubt he withheld anything just to make a sale. You can't expect anyone to know or predict every issue you encounter when buying the car.
