swapped in a 3.46 LSD from an E28, and now i have my original 3.73 to sell. i do not know its mileage. i know that the diff i swapped in has the same whine level, and that before i put poly subframe and diff bushings in my car, i could not detect any diff whine while driving. i had to swap the rear cover to keep my poly bushing, but this diff does come with a rear cover that has a good condition oem bushing in it. the only thing you will need to do is gasket the rear cover and reuse your 2 long bolts, and it's good to go. has 3-5k on the valvoline synthetic blend limited slip fluid in the diff, if you should want to avoid having to change it.
