Trying to find a Big-Sert repair kit tool

Anyone have a source locally (PDX/Salem) for someone that has this tool and would be able to lend/rent it out? Need this ASAP since my daily is down.

I've already used a Helicoil kit but that didn't work. Any help would be much appreciated.

I had to buy one when I needed it. Sold it later for about 80% of what I paid...

If you can make it up to Portland during the hours of 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday, the machine shop next door could totally do it. You would need to call and explain your particular situation to him, though.
