Where do you live? There's Gene's Automotive right behind the Porsche dealership in Bellevue. Great guy, worked with him for years since I had my e46.

Luke.... my mom hasn't been by in a couple weeks, last time she came down our dirty floors broke her vacuum! And Eric brought his Touring back by for his Fresh Differential... but mainly because he completely destroyed the Flex disc and CSB. He loves the stereo by the way!

Christian.... I think I read over on BMW puget sound you were having some cooling system problems.... give me a call and we can talk!
crap- I checked the thread 6 days too late. lol. Sorry. But I don't think I have enough faith in the E30 right now to even try to make it to Redmond. It really freaks me out! You ever come out north for house calls? ;) lol

Yeah, M-Cars is a great place. I used to work with Bruce, the 20yr tech in question. He's thorough and reasonable.

I've read about that happening, but It drove very well for months after the engine transplant. Then it started with a small vibration and progressed to a very very bad one over time. I'm really itching to drive it again though! :(

Oh, and all the motor/tranny mounts were replaced during the swap.

Drift- Yeah I've got the Bentley and the car is a manual. When they put the new drive line in my dad checked the center support bearing and it's was good, guibo wasn't all that bad but was replaced anyways.

Im not sure on the motor mounts.. I'll ask my dad on that one

    Is it AT or manual?
Did you have a chance to look the CSB?
Or, less likely but i wonder if the driveline is out of balance ( was disconnected before)?
I assume you have Bentley, it's a really nice manual book.

X2 on WestWerks. Matt and Francis are great guys and the ONLY place I would ever let work on my heap.

Go on Friday, you might meet Mom. She is hilarious.
