Yes, with warm bed and warm shower. LOL The 421 run would be fun. That would be new territory for me. I'm ready! Lets go!

It looks nice to me, there might be something around Boone for camping, i've camped up there before, but it was 5-ish years ago.

The question is if everyone is down with a remote location or if everyone would rather stick to the Smokies.

I'm down for either I just know that some people mentioned possibly mixing it up for this rally amd that was the best I've found so far.

We could always change the route since there are tons of mountains roads all over the place.

No its not that, but the big loop for that run is several hundred miles from what I gathered on another site about the run and the 2 camp sites were not exactly convenient to the area is all I am saying. It is pretty remote up in that area is all.

Here's kinda what I had in mind.

I'd think the the dragon will be mostly retard and cop free at the end of october. But I'm down for some new roads if someone knows of some.

I like the 24 25 26. That gives robert plenty of time to get feeling better. I might even have my car running by then........

come down to the coast guys! Srsly.
There are lots of twisties, good drives, cool things to see, I can hook up a dyno day, BBQ at my house, camping nearby... I have a garage FULL of tools so we can have a wrench/repair day(s). The only thing I don't have is a lift.
Or if you just want to camp/drink, you can do that too.
The weather shouldn't be too bad around the beginning of October, either.

Just a consideration, though. The last week in september is Oktoberfest/H20I. So maybe a couple weeks break, because I plan on going to one of those.

The only bad thing about coming out here is how far it is. But, I PROMISE, it's nice.

zip is 28532. Check it out on the map.

Not if you are sporting 3.2L of 24v valve fun by then... :eeek:

J/k I might be in, just depends on whats going on with me at the time. Life for me is getting a bit hectic for the next several months, but with enough advance notice I should be down.

Look Rock campground is open through Friday, 10/31. I feel weekend of the 17-18-19th or 24-25-26th would be a good time to schedule gathering. Again, I can go anytime. Input from others?
