Well it is Official. Mohawk Hudson Region SCCA is hosting a PDX.

MMC is NOT Renting the Full Course to Clubs in 2011. This may be your last chance to Drive the FULL COURSE without an expensive membership!
What is a PDX -- SCCA's version of an HPDE. BMWCCA Drivers school etc.
Where -- Monticello Motor Clubs Full course -- Monticello NY --about 1.5 to 2 hours south of Albany on a challenging 3.8 mile road course.

Who -- Mohud SCCA with a lot of help from Patroon BMWCCA
When -- Friday Sept 24th, 2010
Why --SCCA's First event at Monticello Motor Club and giving all SCCA members an opportunity to drive on the track and learn new things about their car and themselves.
Who can particpate: Any SCCA member with a valid Drivers license in a car that meets the safety requirements. ( $15 temp Membership available)
So...... Solo drivers, club racers, Club race crew members or family, Rally drivers, Flaggers, Grid workers, track addicts etc etc.
How much: Students $250 for the day. For a combination of classroom and in car instruction in a street legal car or falling into the classes listed in TT rules. ( No Tube Frame or open wheel cars allowed)
SCCA Time Trial Rules ( What PDX falls under)
PLEASE NOTE -- I am still working on some details --so more to follow. But at this point I expect Production based automobiles prepared in excess of the rules to be allowed in the Advanced and Instructor classes!
Instructors will be needed --More info on registration etc to follow.

IF you have not instructed with Patroon before, Send me references on previous HPDE Instruction experience and our Chief Instructors will review and approve.
