Which line is the return and which is the output on my early model in-tank pump?

Thanks. That's just to replace the pump in the housing, not the entire housing itself, correct?...

Thank you. I got zero psi on that fitting when I did a pressure test, so I guess I have a faulty pump.

I've been searching everywhere for a diagram or indication of which of these lines is the return and which is the output.

I'm re-wiring my SpecE30, and in doing so, I'd like to re-pin the Motronic 1.3 DME Connector (55 pin). With that said, I haven't been able to find a reliable source for how to de-pin and re-pin the connector...
