I just replaced all the fuel lines - will re-check it's submersible, but 97% sure it was......

Not the FPR apparently - new one is in and still only getting 30psi at the rail.

Now I'm suspecting the brand-new fuel pump... ...

They're Vredestein Quatrac 5 - "All Season Car & Crossover Tire" in 205/50R15

The Tire Rack reviews show them to be very good in Wet and Dry (9.1 in both) and pretty good (8.4)...

As it turns out, fuel pressure is reading 30psi, so maybe it is the damn FPR... Glad I got one...
