run the stock injectors. you need more supporting mods than just a chip for the ford injectors imo. if you want better, smoother power go to an open pintle 4-hole compatible 16lb injector....

there is a little play there but not all that much. i'm not sure that amount of play is outside of normal. i've rebuilt diffs, and axles, and had others on and off a car before but never noticed any...

the only thing different is the bosses aren't drilled and tapped for the sensors. the spots are there and easy to see....

rebuild the originals if you can. if you use cheap axles replace the boots before install. chinese rubber is notoriously awful. most times the axles aren't too bad but the boots fail in few hundred...

the cable freeze causing most of the issue. e-brakes usually only hold a non running car stationary. most e-brake shoes and components will last the lifetime of the car. the cables are the weak point....

passenger side is pump, driver's side is sender. if you flip the sender and nothing happens the sender has had it....

the cables are often the fail point if you are having issues. mine were an crapsolute pain to replace. i still wanna refresh the e-brake shoes some day but all was working fine save for the cables...

remove sender from the tank and flip it upside down while connected. if the gauge moves you know it works....

wound up ordering a graf yesterday after talking to my local indie. they recommend either graf or hepu. of course that's before i saw the...

so far the graf seems the most used. hepu also rates but is close to twice the price. rein from fcp euro also gets mentioned. the bmw pump is over $400 here with shipping so not an option at all.

not sure exactly what you need to know. i can confirm an i m20 engine swaps into an ix and is the same. my friend had to replace the engine in his ix about 8yrs ago....
