Glad you got it going. My new batteries measured greater than 3 volts so you might put SI board batts on the to-do list still.

Usually, the tach/ecno go out because of dead SI board batteries on late cars (not early 318i and 325e). I just had to put in new batts, after all these years, for the 1st time and the new batts made...
