Building a Stroker With M54 Parts.

Jst wondering if anyone can confirm if i can build a stroker motor with these parts.

this is what i have.

M50 Vanos Head With S50 Cams.
M54 and M52 Complete Buttom Ends (Cranks,Rods and Pistons)
M50NV and Vanos Complete Buttom ends.

My Plan was,
M54 Crank (Same as S52 crank) in the M52 Block,
ill also be using the M54 pistons,

Question is,
1. which rods do i use,
2. Which rod/crank bearing do i use,
3. will shaving the head give me a better a compression or it will hit.

I Searched but i never found info on using M54 parts.

If you want to use the M54(B30 right?) rotating assembly, use everything related to it (rods, crank, pistons, bearings).

I have intentions to do the same using M54 parts.

For software I have a Turner S50US chip ready to go in, which should do the job.

Do you want to go FI later?

If yes, build a 2.8.. use all M52 stuff. If not, use all the M54 stuff. Sell the rest.

There are a couple really good threads in BF.c about M50 strokers, you'll also find a lot of info about why the 2.8 is the best motor for FI.
