in the near future one of your skid plates

but for now for my 91 318 vert I would like to find

*passanger side sunvisor ( smaller then the one I saw in a hardtop)
*center "info" board bulbs and sockets or the whole board(between visors)
*the plastic piece that goes behind the pass headlights to keep grime out ( about the size of a piece of notebook paper)
*plastic trim ring that goes around door handles ( actually its for the convertable top release handle, looks like it would be the same)
*a switch "blank" for one of the rectangular holes above radio
      *rear ashtray ( in console)
*an original jack that has the pin to lift "up" I have only found one that has the pin to go sideways
*the long rectangular plastic piece that covers the wire harness at top of firewall
      * a square oil filler cap, all the pics I see are square , mine is round

and I dont really know if this piece exsists, but was there some kind of belly pan on these things, say in the area between the radiator and the front of the engine, dont see one in any pics, and I havent seen under a hood of a 90's 318 in years until I got this one
but boy was this engine compartment, and engine, filthy

not sure if a stock one would work however , since I did the electric volvo fan conversion and now dont need the original fan shroud ( or fan clutch or fan)

none of those parts prevent you from making it to meets. i think most of our cars are missing most of that stuff, as far as the belly pan, dont get one, they are a pain to take off everytime you want to work on the car.
The check panel bulbs to illuminate the panel are replacable but not the individual warning bulbs, if those are out get a new check panle, for just the bulbs go to the dealer.

do you have an M42 car? the oil pans hang really low.

ejnight's skidplates let you access the oil drain plug without removing the plate.
