    My New Project

I have recently purchased an E30, which is going to be my daily driver for two reasons:

1: If I called it a project, then I couldn't even begin to justify the purchase since I already have too many projects going on

2: It is much cooler than my current rather boring (but reliable) daily driver seen in the photos which I have had for 5 years now.

It needs some TLC. but a little work will get her into shape soon enough. Although, I inconveniently tend to run out of money as soon as I find some spare time, and vice versa. Here as some pictures:

The interior is rather... ehh.. red

    Some cancer on the sunroof

Replaced the cap and rotor for the first time in a decade it seems...

And the worst part that came with the purchase...

Haha! What a piece of crap

And this is my old ride....

    Current Status:
Graduated! Time for the E30 to be back on the road!
Didn't have time for the M50 Swap so that engine is for sale as well as the M20 with a burnt valve.
Scored a 125k motor from a junkyard '93 vert which runs like a clock! One day adventure to pull two motors and install one! Started at 9 am, test drive at 1 am, with a few breaks for food.
Now I need some Bilsteins so that I can lower it some (already have springs)

                            ahh working pictures! nice one.
some sketchy stuff going on in the engine bay.

                            six shooter shifting knob...
who would buy that, put it in, and look at it and say to themselves "damn that looks tight"

                            sick bronzit project though

you have no idea. (btw i went with sam "Finn" to pick up his car, we go to school in Baltimore) The shift knob was so incredibly uncomfortable, it was like trying to grab a paint can to shift.
