It's real simple, just follow the example there. It's impossible to screw up unless you don't get enough weld in there. Just go at it and don't stop til it feels solid. Replace the cover and try out your new welded diff.Originally posted by fanjioe30 View Postsigpic

open up your diff....look at it...you'll see why it won't work the way it is done in that picture.
