According to the Diagram Wires PIP and SAW wires are shielded , as well as as VR sensor Wires. then the shielding of both connects to Pin 7 of the EDIS Module. Is that correct?
In my wiring I have the Shielding of the VR sensor grounded on the Block, and the PIP is shielded only and it is grounded on the chassis with the capacitors. I Bought the premade harness from DIY autotune and the SAW wire came unshielded. Do I need to shield that as well? do I have to shield it all the way back to the MS controller if I do have to Shield it? How far back do Ineed to shield it if I dont?
Should I then Attach all the shielding togehter from the VR sensor and the PIP, and possible saw, before I then Attach them to the PIN 7 of the EDIS module?
Also, there is a couple of inches of unshielded space between the VR sensor and the module, where the shielding ts off onto the ground point.... is that okay? how do I fix it..
Is it okay to use crimp connectors when connecting the VR signals to the EDIS module? and the PIP, and SAW to the Megasquirt harness?
(PIP sends signals to megasquirt SAW comes from the ms and to the coilpack)

Im getting some intermittent rpm signals at 3k rpms and wondering if it due to the wiring.
Im getting signals that are sparratic within the RPM randomly.
sometimes smooth, and drives normally, sometimes it jolts, and therefore causes misfiring/ poor driving conditions.
one thing I noticed is that the sparatic RPM signals are usually when the car is cruising. or maintaining part throttle of some sort. I was doing the diagnostic prog of TUnerstudio. and the signal was really steady and idle, but once I gave it gas or something it would be sparratic, then rev up smoothly. the signal shifts are qutie intermittent in when they will appear in the RPM range. Its either consisten 3k or completely random.
