How to fix hardtop front seal or get a new one?

Does anybody know if it's repairable if pieces are missing?
Or where i can buy a new one besides dealer? According to realoem it costs $700 which is insane!

I do not have the information for the e30. Although, my advice is to look at the DIY on BF.C in the specific e36 convertible section. It is about fixing this same leak but instead on the e36. I believe it is entitled "A-pillar leak fix". In the DIY, the OP just removed the leaky seal and reapplied it using high quality, waterproof silicone adhesive.

I hope I have helped and good luck my bmw hardtop convertible cohort! Hard top verts are the best version of any 3 series. You get three appearances for the price of one!
