Popping out front bumper trim from diving board

Is it held onto the diving board like how the rear bumper trim is (with those weird clips)? Because I want to pop them out for a front plate delete mod..thanks

I'll think on it.. I'm totally spacing right now lol. I had mine off to repaint and when I did a bumper tuck. Pretty sure I had to pull the bumper to get them off... Like I said let me think haha.

if your putting in the front delete...umm does it bolt in like the rest of the trim? if yes then you need to take bumper off. if its just clips then press and snap it in place. should be easy to figure out
