why isn't there a "tristate" regional subforum?

not a big deal, obviously (tristaters seem to be using the "new england" subforum), just curious what the reason was. thanks!

It's pretty funny though that half the time people post in the New England forum it should be in the Mid-Atlantic forum.

Around here, they call the area near Cincinnati (OH/KY/IN) Tristate.

                      NY/NJ makes more sense.

Yeah except for people commuting in, I don't see CT ever involved in any cooperative or interstate arrangement with NY or NJ. NY/NJ shares many large facilities such as ports, airports, bridges and tunnels, PATH etc. There is a Port Authority of NY/NJ. So I say CT can stick to New England :)

not insults. CT is cool. just don't see much justification for the "tri-state" moniker..
