Brake rotor change corrosion and Loctite confirmation

I've looked at several threads about doing a brake refresh. I'm planning on doing it on Friday.

I see some threads that'll put anti-corrosion between the hub and the rotor. Some don't. The last time I did this (3 years ago) I didn't put anything on it.Should I use anti-corrosion between the rotor and hub? If so what kind? On an e30tech thread they use permatex

They also use it on the caliper sliders. Is this recommended?

Any other items I should know about? I see Loctite being used but on what? It's not clear in the one that I saw that they were using it. I didn't use any of these things on my last job but sold the car before driving it.

Once the rotor is off, use a wire brush or scratch wheel to clean any rust off of the hub. Apply anti-sieze to the hub and install the rotor.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
