Anyone know what the name of these rims are?

Saw these in a craigslist ad, called the shop but they can't verify offset or even width (guy said he couldn't find a tape measure), extremely unhelpful but a good deal nonetheless. If I can figure out the name I may be able to look up possible specs.

Just eyeballing it but I think they are 17x8's with some high offset like 40 or 45 based on the last picture with the guy riding the flat bed. Also with a bit of google help im not sure if they are legit or just an older set cause the ones on Enkei's site have a small step in the lip. I hope this helps?
