    88 325 seta 2.7i budget build

    Hello everyone

This is my first post here and I have to say there are a lot of great builds here and a lot of valuable tips!

I took some time first and Read quite a few threads but I can't actually find a reliable parts list for the swap. As far as I read the 88 325 super ETA has the domed pistons that fit the i head and I can run the motronic 1.1/1.3 if i chip it, can someone please direct me in the right direction. Can I run it with just that?
I'm planning on building something with a little more kick but that's reliable because I can find the parts cheap from a friend; also the car already has IE headers and a custom exhaust.

    Thanks in advance!

The super eta already has an 885 head, but typically has a 4 bearing cam and single valve springs. It's likely easier to swap in an I head than convert a seta head. The strictlyeta sites 2.8 build covers nearly everything, and the 2.7i sticky hear has tons of great info as well, if you have the patience to sort through the crap.

I have done just this swap and I have about 5k on it. Basically what you need is a 885 "i" head, a "i" FPR, intake maifold, throttlebody, injectors, and a 173 ecu. All plug and play.
