Window not going up or down

I installed a new rear passenger door. The old Door window when up and down fine. The new door window doesn't wanna go. I took the new door of and put the old one on to check it that one worked and it doesn't either now

All the other ones work just that door ( rear passenger )

Regulator is probably dead. It comes as a whole assembly with the motor, so you're going to have to look around for a used one or bite the bullet and get a new one from BMW.

My old window worked perfect before I took it off. When I put the old door back on to check that one didn't wanna work either

Check the window switch for corrosion. You can try swapping with one of the other switches to see if it works.
