    DIYPNP fuel relay issue

    Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone here is rather proficient in the diypnp 55 pin offered by aiyautotune.com? I've had it built now and running my e34 now for several months, however when ever I want the engine to run I have to manually jumper the fuel relay connection in the engine bay.

As you can imagine this get old fast and isn't particularly the safest way to run an engine I'd imagine. So I'm here wondering if anyone has any input or maybe even some past experience with a similar problem. I've already lost my sanity trying to figure out this problem so it's now that I turn to you.

I've posted a thread on msextra.com and have had several people trying to help, but still cannot figure this out.
    Thread for reference. http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewto...?f=101&t=54524

    Again, any help is appreciated.

    -Sean

Did you follow this documentation and have a the FP jumper from the main board to the adapter board installed? Did you use the main relay circuit in the PNP or modify the relay wiring?

    How to build a Plug-N-Play wire harness adapter to install a MegaSquirt ECU into a 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 BMW 325!

I followed that exact documentation very closely and have re-read it about 20 times now. Here is a photo of the relay connections. Everything is in the right hole according to that link including the FP jumper in pin 3. I can provide more photos of the board if you'd care to look over it for me.

Also fixed the link in the first post.
