M60: Help! Engine Cutting Out!

Hey, So we got the car running about 2 weeks ago and put over 250 miles on it and it was running great. 2 days ago that all changed, the engine will cut out randomly, then will usually start right up again after we pull over. then like 5 to 20 minutes later do it again. During that time the car runs and idles fine. it just randomly cuts out.

It has new:
a crank sensor
a cam senor
knock sensors
o2 sensors
a fuel pump
a fuel filter
relays
and the injectors have been cleaned.

We have tested:
the MAF
the throttle position sensor
the coil packs.

We were thinking it might be a DME?

I'd double check all grounds and your DME power connection (including the fusible link).

No, we can't get the stomp test to work.

We were going to go through all the wiring tonight to double check everything.

Yes, it and most of the other sensors that we replaces are OEM.

Update: We think the car is back in business now! we don't really know what we did but it works.

Heres was the process that we went through:

We check all the grounds and hots to the motor and DME. everything looked good. Then we switched out the fuel relay just to make sure that it was working

Then we took it out for a spin, everything was going alright until we got a check engine but no cut out this time after 30 minutes. We tried the stomp test, still doesn't work. :(

We then reset the DME and changed out the O2 relay.

then drove it for about an hour or two, and no problems!

If the stomp test isn't giving you codes, then the problem is either the wiring or the DME itself.

We tried 2 DME.. same results. Hareness is very suspect since I modded an automatic harness. most likely trashed something.
