so starting to thin the herd.

if you are into big watches then you are most likely already familiar with the U-BOAT name

this is one of the watches U-BOAT produced in the first production runs of the company and when they were only fitting watches with quartz movements.

this watch had a retail price of around $2700 when new.

i have the original box and only the warranty card with the watchuseek verification decal.

price is $700 obo

that thing is a monster! very cool though. seems it was made to be worn in the right wrist? the adjustment knob is on the wrong side?

you mention that this company now uses movements other than quartz? what do they use now? how does price of the current model compare to this one?

No it's so the crown doesn't impede on wrist movement

This retailed at about $2700 new. Now they use automatic movements and a current model would run about $1600-2k
