    Central Transport Rant

    Hey r3v, if you ever need to ship anything through freight, please take my advice and do not use central transport. They are cheap for a reason. I recently bought some Vaders from a friend of mine on here and he used CT to ship them to me as they are too big for UPS or FedEx to take. He shipped them from 4 hours away from me on 9/8 and we were both guaranteed delivery on 9/9. Well the ninth rolled around and nothing showed up so I called and they apologized and said they'd be here on the 10th. This was my birthday weekend so I had plans to do the Ventura CarBQ that weekend so I cancelled that whole trip hoping they'd be here. Well they didn't show up on the 10th either. After another call into them, I was told that I had to schedule an appointment to pick them up from their warehouse in Hayward, 2.5 hours from me. I was floored by this, as we paid for residential delivery, ($180), and now they're saying they won't actually deliver them. After quite an earful on Monday AM, (they don't do anything on weekends), I spoke with a lady named Bria in the main office and she set a delivery time for today between 1 and 3PM. You'll never believe this but holy hell, they didn't show! After one more phone call and numerous emails, me and the shipper have been consistently lied to and yanked around and have reached out to another shipping company who is going to pick them up from their warehouse and deliver them to me, we've also lined up a full refund and made it very clear that this was easily the worst experience, not just for customer service but all around, we've ever experienced. This is a fair warning to anyone considering CT for your freight needs, just say no! :hitler:

        Here's an update. The seats arrived today totally out of the blue, no phone call, no email, no notification of any kind. On top of that, the plastic that they were wrapped in was torn and there is a very sizeable gash in the back of the passenger seat. All in all, I will never use this company or anyone associated with them ever again, I advise you to do the same.
