Car starts and dies about 2 seconds later

I just finished my 2.7i swap. Connected last bits today.
Car starts up fine runs for about 2-3 seconds and then dies. It runs fine, as a car supposed to, but seems to die at the same spot all the time.

If i give and hold the throttle it still dies. Not sure what might be the problem. Theres a chance i connected charcoal canister breather thing and that connector on the bottom of throttle body the other way around, would it cause this?

any other ideas of what might be wrong are appreciated.

Good question. You could be starting/running on your cold start valve with non functioning injectors...say cause the fuel lines are reversed :)

Hmm, not sure, the fuel pump seems to be working fine and I believe the fuel lines are connected correctly. (the one from fuel filter goes to the back of the fuel rail next to firewall, right?)
But yes it seems like I'm getting fuel while the starter is spinning and then all of a sudden it stops..
I'll check today if the fuel pumps keep working after the starter stops spinning.

Also the car has no exhaust on, so the o2 sensor is not connected, not sure if that might be the case.
And some of the wires that are next to the ecu are not connected because it was and eta to an I swap pretty much and some wiries just don't go anywhere, but I doubt that's the problem.

O2 sensor is not active til the car warms up and the fuel pump is controlled by a relay whereas the injectors by the ecu.

Check your AFM. My 325es would do the same thing, run for 2-3 seconds then shut off. The engine would not stumble or run rough before it died. When it shut off it was predictable like someone turning the key off every 3 seconds. I took the plug off the AFM and cleaned them with contact cleaner. I also bent the female side of the pins so they made better contact and actually pinched the male side of the pin. After that all was good and the engine ran better than before. I think that the ECU would kill the engine (predictably) to keep the engine from running lean without an AFM?

I have an eta AFM. I'll try the I today as I guess they are different somehow and maybe that's the problem.

The 2 AFM are different. If you have a 2.7i that is done correctly, the only part under the hood that should be from an eta is the engine block.

Motronic 1.1 i believe? (Wiring is what looks like from an 1987)

So, i changed the AFM (from eta to i)
When the car would start with an eta AFM it would work (for those 2-3 seconds) perfectly fine, it would be all even and nice.
Now, with the i AFM the car starts but it doesnt work to good, and i can hear the AFM giving it more air so it doesnt die all the time, and then after some period it dies after all. But now it can work (very rough) for 10 seconds sometimes for 20. So its always different every time when it dies.

Added 2 gallons of gas. Started the car, it ran fine. Turned it off. Started it again 3 hours later, died immediately, started it again, was running terrible. I turned it off (key all the way off) but something was making a loud ticking sound still and the ICV was working, had to turn the key into ON position again for it to stop. After that the car didnt want to start, after it started it still ran like crap. Not sure what could be the deal... I might have a friend come over and try it with his ICV but im not sure thats the problem as supposedly its idle control valve? So i assume it is only responsible for idle? But car runs like crap even when i give gas.

Here are some videos since i got the exhaust now you can actually hear stuff.
This is how the car runs, sometimes it dies sometimes it does. When i took my hands off of throttle body that is how its idling. RPMs jump around 400-900.

And this is what sound it was making when i turned off the car (key completely off) its the second time it happened.
