Just got back from the dyno

Took it to the dyno on saturday and got some pretty good results.
    223 HP at 5750rpm @ wheels
    248 ftlbs at 4500rpm @ wheels

this was with my turbo/ intercooler/ waterinjection set @ 6.5psi @ the manifold.
the gule curve was anthing but smooth and I couldn't get it perftect wiht my MAF conversion. there is jsut not enough room for adjustment for the turbo setup.

I am gonna go megasquirt..Does anyone know what you actually need? they should sell a kit that has all the components included...

I want to get the fuel straight before I go up to 10 psi..

thanks, I was very impressed as well!

      Here is my current setup,

      Fuel System,
      New Fuel pump(stock).
Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator set at 3.25 bar
      19 lb/hr injectors
MAF conversion Kit form split second, arc2 fule calibrator.

      Boost,
      Turbonetics super 60 watercooled.
      - 25 fullload oilpressure, 5psi idle
      Spearco Intercooler
      -20X6X3 inch core
Turbonetics water injection, on at 6psi
      Manifold adapter from proturbo.fi

      Exhaust
2.5 downpipe to High flow cat
      2 o2 bungs
2.5 to remus turbo twin pipe muffler
(this muffler and exhaust setup sounds absolutly amazing...)

I also did a 6 puck clucth form IE and headbolts, and a thicker headgasket.
While the head was out, I changed every seal and accesory on the engine..might as well
I am hoping to do a megasquirt (in a month when it arrives).

I found that there was no need for a RRFPR and infact the car was running quite rich over 4000RPM like 10:1 so I backed off on it until about 3.25 bar from 4 bar.

The power dleivery is very smooth and the turbo is fully spooled at 3000RPM< when fully loaded.
The power and torque curves were very smooth the whole way.
far more than I would have ever expected...
THe project with all the replacemetn factory parts came to jsut under $3000.
but this includes ll new seals and components like timing belts, ignition, waterpump ETC.
I would do a picture detailed writeup But I don't know if any one wants me too since there are so many resources out there..

Nice, thats about 270hp and 290tq!

BTW, hows your drivetrain handle the power, you have any problems? Do you drive it everyday?

        Thanks,

The dirve train ahs no problem..that is with the 6 puck clutch. and yes it is my daily driver..
funny thing is, my fuel economy has gone up!
it has been on the road for about a month now with no problems.
          knock on wood...

I was running 10psi of boost until saturday but I decided to turn it down until I get my megasquirt. there is a wierd hesitation that I am tryiong to iron out.
It is a bug that I cant solve iwth the MAF so I have dosided to get rid of the AFM and MAF all together.
also, 10psi is way to much on a 3.73 final drive.. I traded my 4.10 with somone in here but it is still to hihg at 3.73.
          I am gonna retrofit either a 3.25 or a 2.93.
