    DTMFiberwerkz/Eurostopusa.com

Let me start off by saying I am not an expert on body kits or fiberglass parts..etc.

With some recent threads about outfits not owning up to mistakes or taking care of customers, I have to say EuroStop actually stepped to the plate when a mistake was made.

I placed an order for the E30 Alpina style front spoiler on a weekend when they were having a 10% off everything discount. Got my email confirmation immediately, and just waited for confirmation.

A few days later I got a voicemail from one of their customer service reps (feel bad because I can't remember the name.) He just wanted to clarify which spoiler I was wanting since I had ordered the one that only fits the Euro early front valance. I verified with him, and he was honest in stating that they had indeed started to lay up the post facelift style for my order, and would correct my order.

They sent a UPS tracking number once the order was ready to ship and I waited for the spoiler to arrive.

Now mind you, I am partly to blame for waiting until the last minute order some of this stuff, so I knew I would be cutting it close to get this painted and on the car in time for the E30 picnic.

My order arrived last Friday, and upon opening it realized they had sent the wrong one - it was for an E21. I frantically called them back completely stressed out about it. The person I spoke with (again - brain fart on the name) listened to what I had to say, and was understanding. He said if I could box it up again they would send a return label and put in a rush order to get me the correct spoiler. He did mention that the spoiler I was looking for the same one on his Baur and he would make sure the right one was laid up and shipped by Monday.

After reboxing up the incorrect one, I did receive a return label for it and I dropped it back off at the UPS store that same day.

On Monday of this week, I did indeed receive an email from UPS that a shipment was heading my way and would be here Thursday.

Sure enough, when I got home Thursday evening there was a large box awaiting me. After opening the extremely well packed spoiler, I verified it was the correct one, and gave it a good once over inspection.

The spoiler is a hefty piece, and compared to another I have, is a lot beefier and feel like better quality in my humble opinion. Once I get it finished and on the car I'll post photos in this thread.

In conclusion - I would deal with this company again. Even though there was an error initially, I didn't receive any grief from them and they worked hard at fixing the issue and getting me the correct part in a timely matter.

Good to know, I've been looking into getting some stuff from them.
