best sized tire for 16" wheel?

I'm getting my wheels tomorrow and I'm trying to decide which tires to go with. The wheels are 16x7.5. I would like the tire to be a flush as possible with the rim, I'm assuming 215. I do really like Yoko AVS ES100s', but the closest size they come in is 225/45-16. So, this leaves me with Yoko Parada 205/45-16 or Falken Azenis Sport, 215/45-16. I hear great things about both of these tires, respectively. Has anyone experienced both tires? And if so, which would you suggest. Another other input in welcome. TIA.

205 should fit fine on a 7.5" rim. Don't forget that different manufacturers tires vary in actual width. The Azenis I know for sure run wide, so i dont know if they'd look wider than you desire. but they definately are a great street tire in the dry.

Conversely, the AVS ES100's run thin.

For the Yokohama tires, here are the widest wheels you can use:

        ES100 205/50R16: 7.5"
        ES100 225/45R16: 8.5"
        Parada 205/45R16: 7.5"

        I don't see a 215/45R16 Parada listed in Yokohama's catalog.
