The car is a 1987 E30:Can the fuel be UNleaded ?!?

    Well,can I use unleaded fuel in my M10 4-pot engine ?!?
IS there any damage I can inflict on the engine ?!?
I use half-tank leaded and half tank unleaded every time.

Why would you be running leaded fuel in a car made in 87?
Leaded fuel hasn't really been used since the early 70s. When leaded fuel is used on cars with catalytic converters, it coats them and eventually cloggs them.
Your car should have a cat on it.

To answer your question, use unleaded only....

Careful with your info man, notice his location, he's not in the US. Leaded fuel was common in Europe and the surrounding areas up until the early 90's.

"A3TeRnuS", you might want to head over to http://www.bmwe30.net and ask on their forums over there. R3v is a primarily north american based forum, and frankly, most of us have never seen non-US spec motors. The BEN board has a much more international base to it, and I'm sure you'll find someone from greece that has your same motor there.

        Whoops
I didn't notice until just now that he was from Greece.
What kind of emission regulations do they have there?

If the car was designed to run with leaded, then he must continue with that shouldn't he?
