    Relax

Just report it if it's within an existing legitimate thread.

If it's it's own new thread, the mods will see it and get to it eventually.

There are only so many mods, and they have lives too. We could of course go the same way as e30tech with registration (which would be foolish), but the mods are doing a pretty good job as far as I can tell.

If you find entertaining spam just capture an image and post it in the "Most Impressive Spammers" thread.

Thank you for acknowledging that we do for a fact have a life outside the forum.

But if you think think these guys posting up spam threads are legit, then I'm a Nigerian prince that wants to sell you oceanfront property in Iowa.

Its been a problem for a long time. The mods have done, and do the best they can to block them but they only have so many resources to do so.

Its just bots posting - not actual people making these spam threads.

It's actual people now. We did have one that would reply to threads with halfway usable advise about what was wrong with the car lol.

Could you make it so members cant make new threads until they have say 10 posts? that would stop the bots making like 10 new threads of random stuff?

It's probably easier to delete whole threads rather than individual posts that get buried.

X2 most forums do this and not selling coins on an E30 site....
