    Restored BBS RZ378 15x7 ET20

UPDATE 10/20/17 Price drop to $800

UPDATE: 8/30/17 THREAD UPDATED WITH NEW PICS

Getting out of the E30 game so I'm putting up my RZ378s for sale.

A little background: I looked for months for a set of good RZ378s, after deciding they were what I wanted for an OEM+ look. After having no luck stateside, I was contacted by a seller in Poland willing to refinish and ship a set over. I pulled the trigger and this particular set was refinished by savethevintagewheels from wheel-whores.com forum.

Since refinishing, they haven't seen tires or even really been taken out of the boxes.

Unfortunately these were damaged during shipping. As a result, there is some curb rash and a few divots/bends in the lips from where they were dropped. The finish itself is nice - Michael did a great job on stripping and repainting them the OEM BBS color. They are even sealed with a paint sealant.

Wheels come with 4 used BBS center caps, though 2 are faded/hazy looking.

These are a great wheel for E30s. Basically a Euroweave with lower offset/more lip, for a slightly more aggressive stance while still looking OEM. They were offered as a rare option on MTech2 E30s in Europe.

The worst of the damage is shown in the pics. Local sale only right now, I'm in Houston, TX.

    $950

    713 252 886 1 Call or text, thanks.

The pics make it seem worse than it is, it will be hard to see any damage when they are mounted with tires on the car. 2 of the wheels are relatively unscathed, the other 2 took most of the damage.

Shipping nightmare. As you know, I decided not to see you mine because I'm going to hang onto them. I sold a gold set and I still regret it. Love these wheels, and GLWS. Someone is going to be very happy to get these.

Are the hex caps polished metal?

Not 100% sure, they seem painted/chromed.

I know people usually lower their prices, but price increase to $1200.

Painted/chromed plastic, or are they metal? That's the odd, potentially cool, thing. I've only ever seen them with plastic hex nuts. These appear to be metal, and if so, might justify the price increase ; )

RZ378's are supposed to have polished lips though so who ever ad the whole wheel shot screwed up. These look fantastic on a lowered car. Hope you did not suffer from the flood.

You sure RZ378s had polished lips, I thought they were the same color as Euroweaves. In any case, I specifically requested the lips not to be polished because I think it goes better with a red car. Very easy to overbling red.

Hex caps are the standard plastic.

Lips are not supposed to be polished. They Come machined with clear.

Yeah, it's a delicate and expensive job to restore these wheels correctly.

These look awesome on all E30's. With a proper tire they are perfect and the offset slightly less gives your a wider track for a tiny increase in handling.
