    FS: 91 318i sedan 180K, black 5spd

    91 BMW 318i Sedan 180k

Been thinking about parting with my daily for a while now. I've been the owner for 6 years now and I've only put about 20k miles on it. Runs and drives great. Starts up every time. I've loved driving it.
New timing chain 4 years ago, regular oil changes, been good to me. Low maintenance and a blast.
Midwest winters are hard on paint and there is the usual rust (rear QPs and wheel wells but nothing too major). Clear is worn in a few areas and chipping in a couple more. Minor dings here and there on the top, door.
Interior is ok. Dash is cracked like 90% of e30s, cloth seats are shot and I've had blankets and seat covers on them the entire time I have owned the car. Carpet is actually pretty good. All other plastic on the doors and dash is pretty good. Stereo and clock are toast, last time i turned it on only one speaker was working. That was years ago.
Heat kick and AC works well in the summer. Never had issues with battery or electrical.
Unfortunately I recently rear ended a delivery driver that stopped suddenly. Front end is pretty smashed up. Lights, grill and radiator all pushed back. A lot of the plastic up front is gone, or cracked. Lighting harnesses are dangling, and I have two bulbs jimmy-rigged so I can still drive it on occasion.
It's winter and the only mechanical damage from the wreck is the radiator is pushed back about an inch. Slow coolant leak and no overheating issues, and both fans still spin. I've been keeping an eye on fluids every week. Oil and coolant are ok, and topping off as needed (coolant not oil)
At this point I don't have the time or the money to get it back into cosmetic shape and I hate looking at the smashed up front end. Would be a great project or a brilliant parts car for the m42 and other bits. I just want it out of my hair, but going to miss driving it.

    Thanks for looking.

I know the owner and found him the car. Bump for a good dude and a solid-ish e30.
