I'm considering selling my sedan because I just moved to San Francisco and garage space is tight. I'm planning on putting it on BaT this month, but am motivated to sell quickly so want to give the R3v folks a first crack.

1989 325i sedan, Schwartz-over-black, 131k miles, ZERO RUST southern CA car. Details below:
-newer m20 (apprx 60k on it, have receipts for the replacement)
-fully rebuilt front suspension by great shop (w/ M3 offset controll arm bushings)
-Z3 shifter
-new bilstein B6s and H&R Sport Springs (same spec as factory IS apparently) all around. Comfortable but sporty.
-New timing belt and cam seal
-Freshly resealed transmission and new gear oil
-New front brake rotors and pads
-New oil pan
-New motor mounts
-Newer radiator and coolant hoses
-Fresh valve adjust, plugs, wires, and valve cover gasket
-Working A/C
-It will have new wheel center caps. These were just stolen a couple days ago :(
-The not-so-great: Carfax shows one collision with a stationary object (the left fender is a replacement but impossible to tell, and my mechanic who rebuilt the front suspension did a thorough inspection and said it is one of the cleanest sedans he's seen). The hood has hard water spots that need to be buffed, there is a ding on the passenger fender that can be fixed, the drivers seat has a splitting seam, the muffler could use replacing if you don't like a lot of noise (I think it sounds great), it needs a new ABS sensor on one wheel, and one injector needs replacing (I'm diagnosing that now), a couple dash lights need replacing.
I have close to $10k in it, would like to get that back.
