    M62 supercharger build for e36

My e36 currently has a stock m60 but I want more. (More hp, more noise, more headaches, more $ spent)

I’ve started building a M62tu44 and plan to supercharge it with an eaton m112. After lots of cad work and 3d printing I got the adapters cnc cut by a friend of mine.

Next up is to rebuild the heads w new seals and probably thicker head gaskets.

I’ll be using a maxxecu stand alone ecu to tune the beast.

Want to watch this! I have an M62tu44 in my 740i and love that engine.

Love to see the use of your own adapters. I see you've also made adapters that appear to replace the lower Jag manifold that houses the injectors. What's the plan for injectors?

Looks like I've got some competition now :-)

My adapters bolt between the block and the jag manifolds. Ill use the jag injectors and rails on this unit. I plan to cad up some manifolds that eliminate the jag manifolds in the future to see if they can be machined easily.

While looking at your pic earlier it was the angle that threw me off, on yours it looked like the intercoolers bolted down directly to your adapter. But I see it now.

I obtained new heads off feebay because the engine i got for a core had a timing issue. Pulled the first head apart to replace the valve seals and sure enough it has a few bent valves also. Good thing i have spares.

Any plans for the m60? I’ll be in the market for an m60 crank and complete heads in the near future ;D

Haven’t decided yet. Probably keep it all in once piece. It will be a plug and play e36 conversion.
