    FS: 265/5 Getrag dogleg $SOLD 92K

FS: I have a 265/5 Getrag pulled from a 1979 633 CSI. I have had it in storage for a while, but its time to move it on. Projects change...
    • 92K
    • M30 bell housing (633CSI)
    • Cleanest oil I have seen
    • Turns over smoothly in every gear with slight resistance applied to output shaft.
    • Has not been externally cleaned - I have not wanted to get moisture trapped in it.
    • Evidence of reseal
    • No broken mounts

I am willing to send larger pics per specific request to email. Priority goes to phone callers.

Thanks but may I ask for close-up pics? I can barely read the numbers.

The numbers aren't really a factor in this situation, as the Getrag 4-speed boxes and 5-speed boxes, share the same casting numbers.

What would be extra helpful to your sale, would be to post pictures of the right side of the transmission, so an educated buyer could determine the placement of the bolts on the side. See the attached pictures below for help in determining.

The first picture is a close ratio (dogleg) 265/5. The second picture is an overdrive 265/6 from an M3 or a 535i.

I also have a 265/5 and this looks legit. Better pictures maybe outside in the daylight would help too. Glws!

You can kinda make it out, but it's hard for an interested party to see. Just a suggestion. Good luck with your sale.

Its legit. If anyone is interested, shoot me an email and I'll break out the lights and take as many pics as you like. I'm done messing with photobucket for the week - LOL!

It works with the M20 with a different bell housing.
