Hey everyone,
I am finally getting around to getting my entire rear end put back together and am at the point where I can finally bolt on the struts! I have a set of fortune auto coilovers going in the car (not looking for anyone's thoughts on them), and whereas the rear end is typically a pretty straight forward install, the struts themselves have the ability to adjust the height on top of the adjustable spring perches.
I installed a set of coilovers on my old e36, and don' remember the rear strut being height adjustable on top of the adjustable spring perch. What I am looking for is feedback as to what people think the length of the rear strut should be set at. I already threw the blown old ones out weeks ago, so I can't compare those unfortunately. Does anyone know the approximate length of Bilstein sports or koni yellows designed for lowered cars that I can mirror length wise?
