2 or 4 door
No preference on color
As few mods as possible but some are ok. Looking to do a build from as stock as possible.

Max budget of 10k for the right vehicle.

FYI...this is a reply I sent to a PM.

"A friend of mine wants it for $8,400. He knows how OCD I am about my cars. I told him I think its low and probably $8,900 would wrestle it out of my death grip :). The car has 216K miles which I know is a higher mileage vehicle, but It has been so well maintained (new timing chain, guard rails, oil changes, brakes, suspension, cooling system + more all redone) and it drives great.

I bought this from a neighbor 4 months ago who owned it for 5 years. I put new bilstein shocks, struts, changed fluids, cleaned it up, powder coated wheels etc. Prior to that a pilot owned it for most of its life (all receipts from all owners except first owner), prior to that an attorney owned in all in Seattle area.
