    Charging problem...need help!

Car runs ok but in cold morning starter seems a bit weak although it starts normally, my battery has an indicator (need charge, need water, need replace) i used to run it with my kia indicator show full charged but in my e30 shows it needs recharge.
I run lights, ac and headunit at night car never fails me although my interior lights flicker when ac clutch engage but all good.
Battery reads 13.6 which is a little bit low charging voltage.

Bottom line: from my experince amprage seems ok but voltage is a little low.

My battery never gets to full charge if i charge it externally and put it back to my e30 it shows full for 3 days then indicator shows need charge again....

    Where to start?

You need to check for a higher than normal amp draw (electrical Short) comming from one of the circuits you would connect a meter switched to amp mode and connect the postive lead to the negative cable disconnected from your battery and connect the negative lead to your battery negative post your reading should be in mili amps. Or you could connect a circuit testing light in the same way if the light lights up then their is a short in one of your circuits. with the circuit light positioned to where you can see it while standing at the engine bay with hood up pull one fuse at a time until you find the one that makes the light go out then you can concentrate on find the problem on that circuit.
