1991 325ix, safari project, runs great, lots of new parts

    91 325ix Safari style mods 2000$
-General Grabber At's on Bottlecaps 27inch tire
    -New Catback, stainless
-All brakes done within last year, there is some rust hazing on the rotors due to sitting and not driving it much
-Basic headunit with high end amp/speakers/sub
-Interior is mostly stripped out due to carpet and headliner being bad.
-No major rust, no rust underneath car, there is a tiny spot by the battery box and a few new surface spots from where i sanded some paint the last few months, but just barely showing it will include pics.
    -Metal bar bumpers
-New radiator and many hoses replaced
-Almost everything works minus driver rear window(recent)
-80k motor installed last year, new timing belt, headgasket etc etc etc
-Springs out of newer 3 series to lift car, front and back.
-Many other mods and recent service, including many suspension bushings etc

    Cons
-Passenger rear window may need regulator
    -Driver front window came untracked
    -Interior carpet and headliner gone
-Sunroof works but is missing a clip on driver side.
-Paint beat up, but not a rust bucket at all

Sorry left the door cracked in the pic

Eh, someone will either use it for all the owrking ix stuff and decent motor(plus a ton of new parts, almost all new suspension etc etc. or they will want nothing to do with it. The stereo is probably 1000 in new speakers and amp alone.

Not a bad start towards a rally car. Might recommend selling the nice stereo stuff since wouldn't be desired by someone looking for a car like that.

I am interested to know what "newer BMW" the springs came from.
How to remove, install or convert to pop out windows

Sorry been over a year since that mod, e36 springs for the rear and front, convertible I believe, I meant a newer model than the e30.

There are threads of others who rally'd out ix's most of my info and general ideas were pulled from those threads.
