I got one, but the shocks are rusted in, so it'll be a bit of a process to get them out.
With a good price for the extra effort that we have to work with, I dont see why not. Not sure of the exact zipping code, but you can use Hollywood, FL 33025 which is close to his area (my zip code).

PS: I would personally be interested in the mtec2 bumper myself, but I am very low on funds.
You could always do what I SHOULD have done - just mount it using the shocks that are on it. Take off the old bumper shocks and mount the new ones, bumper and all.
Trust me - you DON'T want to deal with cutting the old shocks out. I can't stress that enough. Many a good sawzall has fallen in the line of duty doing such jobs.... ;)
