    re-ground cam

    Does anybody know if you re-grind a cam to an aftermarket spec. if you have to adjust or buy new shims >

    You have to get oversize eccentrics to offset the loss of lift you'll get with a reground cam.

              nothing. just make sure your valves still clear your pistons

                What are you serious ? you do not have to buy new shims as these will be cams ground close to an aftermarket grind .

                  Hydraulic valve adjustment = no shims.
