Colo Sprg & Area -- Looking for shop space

Hello friends! I have just moved up to CO from FL, and do not have a shop location yet. My e30s and w201 are still in FL waiting to be shipped. I'm still looking around for garage with office, but can't find much in the typical spots (loopnet, craigslist).

I'm looking for a single or 1.5 bay garage with office space to put a dyno in.
    OR
a shop that HAS a dyno that would be willing to rent space/time
    OR
a shop that has space but no dyno, and is willing to work with me on having one installed

In FL I worked with two shops, one for space and one for the dyno, and I'd rather not have to worry about that drama!

Cheers! And looking forward to meeting all you mountain folk.

    Good luck,

Let us know what you end up doing! I'm sure your standard tuning parameters will change slightly with the differing fuel types and altitude down in CO Springs.

I do miss having 93 for $2.40-$2.50. Now I'm paying $2.75-$2.90 for 91...... Oh well, I've found that the cool air ends up making the same HP on my Boobaru with 91 than 93 in the swamp.
I'm also getting, on average, 3-4MPG better up here. The WRX is averaging 28-32MPG. One trip I had it averaged at 39.9MPG.

Bump. Hard to find much that's reasonably priced. Gentrification has hit. HARD. Maybe I should just quit tuning and grow weed..........

Just a joke! But it does look like there's a lot of money in it.
