Have a 1991 318is that I'm taking the drivetrain out of to put in my 2002

Friends, I Have a 1991 318is that I'm taking the drivetrain out of to put in my 2002. It has no seats and won't have the drive train in spring and has no title only a bill of sale as I bought it for parts car from another friend. Is there a market for the body after I'm done taking the drivetrain out to put in the 02? It has absolutely no rust and body is straight but paint is shot. It is a genuine IS and has steel wheels now. How much should I ask for it in spring?

BTW, I put a set of Alpina copy 15x6 NOS wheels up for sale:

This thread is worthless without pics.

I can't give an estimate on a roller 318is without pics.

Last 318is parts car I had, I pilfered the interior and some panels for my car from it, sold the driveline out of it for $1500 and the rolling shell went to the crushers... scrap value was around $180 at the time, but depends on scrap metal prices ;)

Put it on BAT. Tell them it's got the special 318is stuff (lightweight doors, less sound deadening, tiger blood coated subframe..etc.) I'm sure it'll go for 10K now.

But seriously, it's probably worth something to a SE30 guy needing a shell to build on.

This. You can get about $500 for a roller coupe with no title around here. Coupes with a title and rust free are going closer to $1k. (both estimates are local, of course).
